Bottled ("Skalak Rezane Pivo", ABV 4.7%, BB 01/2010)
Clear deep amber, small off-white head. Woody-hoppy, caramelly aroma, hints of diacetyl. Caramelly malty with woody-grassy hoppyness. Medium-bodied. Some earthy notes. Not very clean, but at least has some character.

yngwie (13211) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 30, 2013
Bottle. It pours a clear, dark amber body under a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is too fruity I think, with caramel notes and cookedvegetables. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a little bitterness. Rather dry on the palate, medium bodied, and with a pleasant level of carbonation. Dry, bitter finish. Nothing impressive going on here. 130329

Bamsen78 (2993) - Sřnderborg, DENMARK - AUG 7, 2013
Bottle. Pours clear copper brown with small but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel malt and hops with notes of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with regular notes of malt and a touch of caramel. Bitter, slightly metallic and cardboardlike finish. Drinkable but nothing particularly impressive.

Marcius (197) - Geneva, SWITZERLAND - MAY 11, 2014
Appearance with amber color and beige head. Medium aroma of roasted malt (sweet). On the palate, medium roasted malt (caramel) and hops make a great combination. A good amber.

Glouglouburp (5956) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 9, 2008
In short: A boring amber lager. Basic cereals, no hops. Bland.
How: Bottle, fresh, purchased in Prague and drank the following week at back from Europe tasting session with Montreal crew
The look: Clear amber body with a very small off-white head
In long: Aroma of manure but somehow not really unpleasant, this takes barnyard aroma a step further (a step too far). Taste of oily whole-wheat cereals with some oily soft toffee/caramel in the back. A distant woody note. Rather boring really. Has all the class and elegance of its label.

Hermod (3080) - Vantaa, FINLAND - NOV 11, 2009
50cl bottle, local store. Pours copper color with a thin white head. Aroma is quite hoppy, flavor has malt and caramel, slighlty sweet. Drinkable, but not that special, probably won´t try it again.

0.5 l bottle (4.7 %) from K-Market Länsiväylä, Jyväskylä. Amber color. Caramelly, honeyish and bready aroma. Dark bread flavor with caramel, honey, medium bitterness, hint of grassy hops and metallic finish. Somewhat dull aroma and flavor.

zakkbironia (112) - Athens, GREECE - MAY 8, 2010
Bottle 500 ml. Well this one has a dark amber color along to its style. Strong bitter taste but I’m not really a big fan of that kind of beer... I guess it’s a nice choice for those who like this style. Not something special though.
