decaturstevo (1293), decatur, Tennessee, USA Sep 23, 2008 An amber pour with tan head and lace. Light maltiness on the nose. Medium malt and light/medium bitter finish. A bit watery and thin but pretty good drinker. RunDWP (185), San Jose, California, USA Aug 25, 2008 6 oz sampler on tap from Rohrbach Brewpub. I found this to be a pretty ordinary ale. Not much aroma. Lots of sheeting and lacing on the glass, and a nice reddish-brown color. After the good looks, not much flavor, some roasted malt, a little hops, on the watery side. Finished a little dry and astringent, which wasn’t a bad thing. Might of tasted better if I had this with a burger. Odyn (148), New York, USA Jun 6, 2008 Got this one in a growler. It has a lovely color and nice aroma. Unfortunately, the taste is a little thin. The aftertaste is really pretty good, not a clean finish, but one that lingers with more flavor than initially. scottw86 (118), New York, USA May 16, 2008 Updated: May 23, 2008Large cup at the ball park. Aroma and appearance were good for an Irish red. The taste was good, but a little too watery. Good malt flavor however. Finish was nice and smooth.crisp. blipp (826), Grand Island, New York, USA May 10, 2008 Draft at the brewery on Railroad St. Pours amber with a beige head. Light malt aroma with toasty and lightly sweet notes. Medium body. Flavor starts with lightly sweet malt, toast and caramel notes and ends with a light hop bitterness. Nice.
