Bought in Tokyo at the Tokio Department Store food court - a lovely sweet sake in the style of Poochi Poochi or Moon/Star Rabbit. This is a winner. A bit citrush with hints of grapefrult (but I think that’s just the bitterness up front showing through). No bitterness in the aftertaste. Extremely sweet, but not cloying. Cloudy like a nigori should be. A real rarity.
