Our unfiltered wheat beer borders on an Imperial Hefeweizen with a big citrus note from the wheat used in our recipe. Banana flavor comes in during the fermentation. Its refreshing quality means itís perfect for taming a hot summer day or a spicy meal.

Aroma is wheat, spices, fruit bubble gum and slightly earthy. The flavor is wheat, citrus/fruit, mild sweetness/bubblegum and a long and tart finish.

Bottle - fair size foamy head, dark straw color, mild banana and clove aroma and flavor, overpowered a little by the strong sweet wheat, kind of a cross between a regular wheat beer and a hefe, would be better if it was just one of those styles by itself ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Courtesy of Strykzone via a trade box. This was a bit of a gusher when the cap was pulled. May have gotten bounced around a little. Once poured it was hazy dark yellow with a big white head. Nose of banana and cloves. Light to medium body. Flavor is citrus with lots of banana and. Finishes with some spiciness and a solid wheat chewiness. Very nice beer and quite refreshing here on nice Idaho afternoon.

22 oz. bomber. This beer pours a hazed orange with a small white head. The head dissipates into nothingness. The aroma is of Clove and lemon, mild banana, and some wheat husk. Some notes of orange in the nose as well. Flavor of strong banana and citrus, some notes of clove and pepper. Nice orange and citrus notes, with a touch of hop crispness towards the finish. Itís medium bodied, finishes a bit muddled, but we canít go on demanding perfection in our lives, right?

Bomber bought at Friar Tuck in Springfield. It took a few rolls of the bottle before yeast came off the bottom and it was dark and added haze to an otherwise clear beer. It is dingy golden brown. A big fluffy white head leaves spots of lacing. The nose is banana and cloves with some earth. A bit or citrus comes later. Cloves are prominent in the flavor with yeast right behind. Just a hint of spices including pepper that adds a bit of zing. Hops arrive mid way through and add earth and bitterness. This has a nice smooth feel with some body to it. This is pleasantly complex and does just enough to keep you guessing. Well brewed.
