Weak looking pale yellow lager with not much strength, aroma or taste to it.

Bottle at Frankie & Bennyís, Birmingham. Sparkling mineral water masquerading as a beer. Slight metal in the nose. Lacking any merit as a beer. Shockingly bad.

Very generic taste. A little better taste other lift beers, but not by much. If you're in a pinch I'd look for something else, and if you can't find anything I guess this works. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

My low scores doesnít make this a bad lager, itís just not very good. Itís light in taste and alcoholic content which is the reason Iím drinking it at the moment. Itís passable and you can drink hundreds without getting more than a 2 pint buzz. Also, you wonít wake up with a headache. Good for an all day barbecue.

Bottle from Co-op in Blaydon. A very pale straw coloured beer with a malty and slight corn syrup flavour and a slight bitter finish.

33 cL bottle from Tesco poured into a pint glass. Golden and fizzy with a bubbly head. Very plain aroma. Tastes like a plain lager. Manages to hide any character. Not terrible, but remarkably plain.

berkshirejohn (4402) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - APR 20, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 10, 2012 330ml bottle from Tescoís. Another cynical move from InBev to exploit the 2.8% ABV market with an exotic foreign brand name. This pours pale straw with a loose white head; and an aroma of musty grains and cardboard; thereís a weak grainy body, and a sweet finish with a touch of grassy hop. This is probably fine when chilled down to a temperature where you canít actually taste it.

dynamiteninja (1478) - Richmond, North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAR 29, 2012
Bottle. Anaemic pale gold body, like a white wine or a pale cider. Medium white head with decent enough retention. Clear and sparkling. Aroma is pleasant of wheat, lager malts, corn and tap water. Almost nothing to taste, some gentle bitterness. Thin watery palate. Some dryness on the finish. Despite some criticisms, it ainít half bad for its strength; very refreshing, very quaffable. Of the premium end of the market a la Stella or Becks rather than Budweiser or Coors Light.
