"Please enter ratings there for Rock Green Light as this beer has not been available since 2003!"
This is not a true statement and Iím wondering why and who said this. Oh well, Iíll let it go as I see this here in Southeastern Alaska and would be more than willing to show the person who made this statement that this beer still exists.
Hereís my recent findings.
Iíve had this in a pint glass.
The appearance was a super light clear yellow color with fast carbonation trying to fill a rapidly dieing less than a one finger white foamy head. Lacing, what lacing, there wasnít any.
The smell, what smell, there was barely anything there. Perhaps, some light cooked corn, wow, if you can even actually pick that up, youíre better than me.
The taste was semi-sweet and super watery through the aftertaste and finish.
The palate, well, uh...its light and sessionable.
Overall, okay, well, if anything, it fits the style. Is it good for me? Hell no. Used to like this stuff after a hockey game, but nowadays, Iíll look for other stuff.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Twelve ounce bottle from The Party Source, tasted on December 21, 2013. Yellow/gold color; aroma has some sweetness but mostly skunkiness; astringent, bittersweet flavor with heavy carbonation thatís more attractive than the actual taste. Pass!

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Not bad for getting lit up, but as far as an after work relaxation brew, Iím all set. Better than any of the ice beers on the market, so its not without some merit.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
pours a golden clear with a medium head that dissipates quickly. the aroma is very watery as well as the taste. there is nothing bad about this beer and it is drinkable but it just lacks anything good about it.

Bottle. Even more watery than the original pale lager. Not a very drinkable beer.

Going back and rating all the beers that we thought were "good" in college. I am so glad I got past that stage. This one pours a pale yellow color. Grain, corn and malts. Watery flavor and body. Very easy drinking. Not worth much else. Pretty poor.
