Bottle. Deep ruby brown colour, beige head. Aroma is very sweet, raisins, dark fruits and malts, sugar. Flavour is likewise, very sweet, syrupy, raisins. A hint of sourness, some coffee/roasted malts. Way too sweet for me.

25cl, from Geers Oostakker, easy to drink, not complex, balanced, clear, small head, simpel brew

Bottle. dark ruby brown, foaming beige head. Metallic, sweetish malty nose, slightly roasted. Simple. Flavor is smooth, roasted malty, coffee, little dried fruits and sourness. Coffee dominates. Too bad the aroma isn’t quite up to the flavor.

Bottle courtesy of fonefan, pours dark brown with little to no head. Aroma is dark fruits. Taste is sweet malt and rasins with perfect light carbonation. Finish is clean and dry with no after taste. This beer is an example of why I trade beers. There would be no other way for me to try this beer. All ratings are personal opinions and this is just the top of my style of beer. A fine mix of belgians brewing a brown ale.

(on bottle) Mahogny color, beige head. Vanilla/koldskål aroma. Soft carbonation and hvidtøl taste. Flat finish.
