Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish with hints of citrus.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, toasted and caramelish. Mild fruity, light citrusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter and lingering fruity.Mild fruity.

clear yellow, small smooth white head. surprisingly mild aroma, slighly flowery. flavor is bitter, flowery, belgian yeasty, yellow fruity.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, yeast, bread, and caramel, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Botle, 33 cl, at Papsø’s. Light hazy golden with a small, but creamy white head. Medium body, lots of flavor: Sharp yeasty, sulphorish, light spicy, malty aroma. Yeast-driven taste, quite some sulphor, grainy maltiness and a light bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Countbeer. Pours golden with a slight haze and a lacing off-white head. Funny, messy aroma, overripe fruit and a little skunk and yeast. Rich body, loads of fruit and malt notes with a slightly spicy touch. No real bitterness but a little warming alcohol. Decent. 210113

Slightly hazy orange blonde beer with white head. Aroma is yeast and some citrusfruit. Taste has some spices and citrusfruit. Ok body and carbo, bit dry.

Bottle: Thanks to Rudy! Medium vast thicker white head on top of a light hazy yellow orange colored beer. Looks crisp! Smell is yeasty with some fresh hops and fruit (peach and tangerine), light grass/hay, some clay and some hints of sweets and malts. Taste is a medium mix of yeast, hops, bitter, malts and fruit. The bitterness grows into the grassy/hay malty aftertaste. There is a nice yeasty and hoppy fruit touch (peach, orange), some hops/hay/grass and a lightly sweeter malt/barley touch. A good bitterness that grows and grows but still stays subtle. Low to medium carbo, soft with a light sparkling touch in the mouthfeel, a good medium body and a light creamy texture. The balance is pretty good and so seems the entire texture. This beer may lack something in it’s body but has a good bitterness and I am happy that there are no traces of glue or something sharp. Well balanced.
