(12oz bottle, with much gratitude to ericandersnavy) Pours a clear neon blue with a spare white head. At my tasting we all practically dared each other to drink this. Aroma of tuna can and grain. Flavor of grain, dough, and some odd off flavors that I cant identify. Somewhat dry finish.

Bottle from BevMo. This is brewed by Cerveceria Centro Americana, SA in Guatemala; the label remains as illustrated here. Pours a blue/green with a similarly tinged head. Aroma is a bit berry and grainy. Thinnish body with decent carbonation. Flavor is a bit grainy with very little hop. Hint of paper in the finish. Overall, it’s clean and nearly refreshing. Obviously Kirk’s leg was being pulled by Spock.

My 700th rating at Rate Beer. First off, let me start by saying I am NOT a Trekkie. Don’t ask me why I know the Red Shirts are the ones that die. Poured a dark Blueberry color with an averaged sized blueberry (yes, blueberry) colored head. I don’t know if I should give it a 1 or a 5 for appearance (it deserves a 5 for originality). Aromas and tastes of skunky and sweet tribbles. This would make anyone from Romulus proud (it’s shame I’m from the federation though). Oh yeah, I am not a Trekkie.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2004 Looks like an alcopop. It’s blue, and has something to do with Star Trek. My buddy had this as a gift from family in Las Vegas. Head is small and blue, as is the liquid. Basically it comes off no different than St. Patrick’s Day green beer, but with blue food coloring. Smell was like a typical bland lager, and the taste was pretty rancid, although the blandness of the rancidity didn’t make the experience all that bad. I drank my little 3oz sample and was glad I didn’t have to have any more. Pretty gimmicky, but I’d say it’s worth buying if only for the novelty of drinking it and the bottle itself.

Clear bottle thanks to swalden28 and ericandersnavy. Pours with a...clear blue body...fading white head...what the hell...seriously...
Aroma is sour, corn, salty and metallic. Taste is watery, cardboard and pretty horrible. Thin and watery ,outhfeel.

Bottle courtesy of wavers1. Pours some weird neon glow in the dark radioactive sludge color with a light neon head. Smells of earth, tea, rosey. Tastes perfumy and processed with some weird spicy elements. Llhrei’sian Areinnye!

Horrible smelling blue beer - yes it’s blue, it’s a gimmick, and I could not finish much of it. And I had to have it, hopefully not a tribute to EL Salvador’s water supply. Ohio International gathering. Yes, the label is in an alien language

This is pure novelty and I guess I should thank the guy at work who brought this to me. This beer sucks. It is the worst beer I have consumed, and I only consumed a small portion. Pours sparkling blue with a small fizzy light blue head. Aroma is harsh malt (grain, meal), light hops (grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of vegetables and cooked cabbage/corn. Light bodied, thin texture, soft carbonation and a chalky finish. Short duration, light sweetness, acidity and bitterness.
