Looks like artificial blue candy or blueberry something. blue head, blue lacing. TONS of dye in this thing, I hope I don’t have blue bowel movements after this. Aroma is skunky corn and DMS, some faint toast. The flavor is watery, a metallic cleanser taste it noticable in the end. The finish is stale and bland like all ales from the replicator. Nice gimick, kinda fun to drink but it’s still repulsive. Make lots of snorting sounds and yell at everyone while you’re drinking it.

My 700th rating at Rate Beer. First off, let me start by saying I am NOT a Trekkie. Don’t ask me why I know the Red Shirts are the ones that die. Poured a dark Blueberry color with an averaged sized blueberry (yes, blueberry) colored head. I don’t know if I should give it a 1 or a 5 for appearance (it deserves a 5 for originality). Aromas and tastes of skunky and sweet tribbles. This would make anyone from Romulus proud (it’s shame I’m from the federation though). Oh yeah, I am not a Trekkie.

Looks like an alcopop. It’s blue, and has something to do with Star Trek. My buddy had this as a gift from family in Las Vegas. Head is small and blue, as is the liquid. Basically it comes off no different than St. Patrick’s Day green beer, but with blue food coloring. Smell was like a typical bland lager, and the taste was pretty rancid, although the blandness of the rancidity didn’t make the experience all that bad. I drank my little 3oz sample and was glad I didn’t have to have any more. Pretty gimmicky, but I’d say it’s worth buying if only for the novelty of drinking it and the bottle itself.

Cobalt blue color. Small head. Aroma is grainy and sweet. WTF?? A frelling blue beer? I get the Romulan – Star Trek thing but really a blue beer? I tried just enough of this stuff to rate it because I didn’t wish to go through the next day with blue teeth! A medium bodied lager. Malts are mild and slightly sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. Tastes like your typical South American Lager. Not much flavor and or taste. Well balanced. I also think the blue color, helps the beer from getting skunked. Mouthfeel is a little thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter

This clear bottled brew from the Star Trek Experience at the Hilton Inn in Las Vegas was very pretty with a nice gold blue foil metallic label and a gold foil cap. It poured a small sized head of foam with a frothy top fine to medium sized bubbles that was mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent typically carbonated metallic blue colored body. The poor horrid aroma was malty and very astringent. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The poor flavor contained notes of malt hops and was very astringent. A horrible one that I would not buy again. The aroma absolutely ruined it for me.
