Clear pale golden colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, malts and hay. Quite bitter flavour, sweet malts. Bitter hoppy finish.
Quite bitter, really nice pilsener. Was a pleasant surprise!

Bottle @ Benzai. This is quite a decent and regular pilsener. It’s a little bit less of a quality then some other pilseners i know. Don’t drink this one unless it’s for the tick, there are many better pilseners.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 77ships (2163) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAY 4, 2013
Thanks to the staff @ Bierhandel Willems en Zoon for this beer.
Very lightly hazy pale golden with a creamy white head.
Nose is lightly sweet grains, some malts, sweet hay and light EU hops.
Taste is grainy, sweet grains, some malts, light metal & electricity, light hops, actually some EU hops in the back, touch bitter spices.
Grainy, very lightly watery body.
This is not an awesome beer per se but within the category this is not bad.
(Offered on draft @ Bierhandel Willems en Zoon which is pretty need, they have their own, two-headed tap in the store, 25 cl.)
3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Mads Langtved (2246) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - MAR 7, 2003
Acidic and fruty pilsener. Not as good as the great Germans, but definately a nice pilsener from a land where pilseners are'nt very integrated.
2.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 goozen (2315) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - OCT 28, 2006
A clear blond pilsener style beer from Belgium. A soft-easy drinking beer with a sweet aftertaste.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 JorisPPattyn (7312) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - SEP 1, 2005
Draught Good, collapsing snow-white head, leaving lace; pale gold beer. Slight bitterish-hoppy nose, with pale malt background. Bitterish pilsner, fine hoppiness, better than most industrial pilsners, bitterish on the foreground, backed by pale malts. Light MF, bitterish aftertaste. As said, better than average, nowhere exciting.

On tap at KSV Oudenaarde. For a beer that aimed at ousting Jupiler in it’s locality it’s not bad. Quite a creamy pils and perfectly acceptable for it’s style.
