Pours out of the bottle (many thanks to Tomer for this one!) in a deep dark brown / blackish colour with low beige head and medium body. Aroma of coffee, torf and malt. Taste of malt, dark coffee, strong espresso with a hint of cream, torf, leaves and dark roasted barley. Light roasty-smokey-sour finish. Nice.

330 ml bottle. BB 21/02/14. From a trade with Tomer. Thanks a lot Tomer!
Dark reddish brown colour with a tiny greyish white head. The aroma is very nice... great mixture of bitterness, sourness and dark sugary sweetness. The flavour is... a bit of a disappointment. Watery. Some sourness and mild hops. Berries.

Bottle from my European Secret Santa. Pours dark brown with a tiny white head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate and citrus hops. Taste is ripe dark fruits, weak citrussy hops, moderate dry end, nice.

Bottle, thnx to Tomer! Cheers! Pours a dark brown beer with a big, light beige head on top that leaves no lacing, but stays on for quite some time. Aroma is caramel and light roasted malts. Some sugary, molasses influences as well. Flavor is medium bitter and well carbonated. Bitterness fades slowly in the background, making room for a slightly sweeter aftertaste. Nicely balanced beer, lacks a bit of complexity, but wasn’t expecting that much though. Decent brew!

Bottle from Beer Market, Tel Aviv, July 2013. Dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma and taste of light roasted malt, toffee, some coffee and dark chocolate. The finish was slightly tart. A descent one.

Bottle at home in London - many thanks to Tomer for the trade! Pours clear, standard brown with a fairly large, sturdy tan froth for a head. Dry burnt brown bread toast in the nose, some tangy dirt, suggestions of coffee grounds. Light to medium sweet flavor, some lightly tangy berries, darkened malts, some dirt, low bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. A bit of perhaps out-of-place tanginess to finish, toasty bread, dirt, touches of dry burnt wood. A pretty average beer that might not be in top shape.
