Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a high, puffy, long-lasting head and lace. Nose is savory -- mushrooms, worcestershire sauce, and toasted grain. Dry and rich on the tongue -- more of the meatiness and worcestershire balanced with rusks and a touch of herbal. Almost no phenols. I like this, but it’s unusual for the style.

330ml bottle (One Pint, Helsinki, Belgian Weeks 2009)
Stodgy grainy aroma - like a bio. Anna says camphor. Mushroom and kidneys on swallowing. Decent malty body, Quite assertive hops. Long finish - buddy hops - very nice. It was initially a bit vegetal, some DMS, but this turned out to be a really good full-bodied tripel, with a good range of fulsome tastes. Very tasty.

Bottle. Large fin bubbled white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of citrus, spice, fruit, yeast, coriander. Over the palate came caramel, spicy notes and again fruity notes. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation and mild alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet flavor with mild bitter and acidic notes. Spicy sweet fruity finish.

Bottle. [thank you, BelJohansen]
Pours hazy yellow with a giant, frothy white head. Super lacing and duration. Aroma is lightly citric tart, with oranges and yeast. A bit thin. Flavour is dry, lightly tart with a good fruity dose, but it is rather dull.
