COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lots of people said to us we should make a lower alcohol beer, a more easy drinking session-like beer. We at Rooie Dop agreed and made a promise. Here it is: The 24/7 Session Ale! This member of the Rooie Dop family is clean and very hoppy. Saaz hops from the old world balancing out the epic Citra hops from the new world. A beer with less than 5% alcohol, session drinking all day long!

Bottle @ tasting. Aroma is fresh fruity hops, mostly fruity, melon, orange and grapefruit. Flavour is light malt sweetness to start, then some fruity hops bonanza with light to medium bitterness. Yes, I could drink this 24/7.

Misty orange body, large stable head. Significant hop aroma, classic yet rich enough to give a modern appeal. Oranges and light malts, summery. Quite bitter though, good, but dry, sour even. Not sessionable because if lack if taste, but because of its dry character. Turned out well and interesting. (Tilburg Beer Festival)

Bottle at home. Hazy orange pour, thin white head. Aroma full of fresh hops, citrus, floral, fruity and with some yeast. Flavor is fruity hops, bitter and somewhat more yeasty and bitter in the finish. Well drinkable, clean and smooth. Great brew.

On tap @ Borefts 2013. A cloudy honey colored one with a small kinda bubbly white head. Th nose has a ones of fresh citrus plants, green hops, some sweet stickiness also here. Smells really inviting and a bit sweet. Itís definitely nit sweet in the taste. Balanced and on the hoppy side with grapefruit and citrus. Light oily on the mouthfeel and it has a just below average carbonation level. Really tasty this with a sharp grassy bitterness. Some fresh apricots comes lurking in the finish making it a bit fruity as well. The aftertaste has a light mouthdrying flavor. I quite like it. 28.09.2013

Bottle from Bierkoning, bottled 19/09/13. Nice clear orangey gold pour with really lacy foamy white head. Aroma of spicy citrusy hops, you can really pick up the blend of saaz and Citra not much malt aroma coming through except maybe a hint of caramel. Taste is bitter,a tad overly so, the age or the caramel malt have made the flavors just a bit harsh. Quite tasty overall though, good refreshing palate. Would love to try this on tap.

@Nederlandse Bieren Festival Delft - Hazy blond colour. Aroma of tropical fruit. Texture is smooth. Itís quite bitter but the hops have a strong fruity taste. Indeed a very east to drink session beer packed with flavour.
