COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At Rooie Dop, we don’t really care about styles. But this is our version of an American IPA. Classic example of the style? Fits perfectly into the category? No. Does it need to be? It just needs to be pretty tasty! Chinook and Cascade hops dominate this beer and are assisted by a biscuity malty backbone. You just can’t resist a Chica Americana!

Caoba limpio, con densa espuma color crema. Aromas cítricos, menta y herbales. Cuerpo medio, inicio suave que pasa a amargor que evoluciona desde el cítrico hacia un final seco de pino y resina duradero.

Bottle at Komachi. Earthy nose of pine, mint, peaches, and stone fruits, caramel and a bit of chocolate. Cloudy orange brown with a high fine head. Rich stone fruit flavor, grass, pine, nice earthy bitterness. Rich and full. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at the St Albans Beer Festival 2012. Poured a cloudy orange, with a dense white head. Aroma of butterscotch, spruce and passionfruit. Slightly deadened hops in the flavour, with biscuity malt and caramel. Finish was toffee, bitter resin and pine.

Bottle from March 2014. Pour is amber with a foamy head, aroma is pine, fruity. Taste is light fruity, resinous, malty, some jam nicely balanced and a smooth, slightly bitter finish, body is medium, carbonation is gentle. Not aggressive and easy going, well-concealed ABV and pleasantly drinkable

off white head nice hoppy aroma with a massive hop kick right from the off cascade hop over powers in this beer but that’s ok because i like it one to try

Orange colour, big white head. Aroma of hops, malts, pine apple. Taste is light sweet, light to medium bitter. Light to medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nice IPA

Bottle at home, 25th October 14. Soft hops in the aroma, taste is smooth, but slightly muted. A little creamy, could be sharper. Annoying large head on the beast, which annoys me. Still liked it, OK
