33cl bottle @ Rooie Dop Fab Friday. Hazy orange copper color, minimal white head. Aroma bread, citrus, slight fruit, full of bitter hops flavor. Heavy bitternes, moderated grapefruit kind. Full body, average carbonation, strong, never lasting bitter finish. Very extreme bitter IPA, a whole evening flavor, I really like it.

330ml bottle @ home. From Ales By Mail. BD 04/09/13.

Quite nice hazy orange outlook. Doesn’t feel very fresh. Small bitterness at palate. Too stale.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Minimally piney and floral, citrusy hop aroma, hints of tangerine, orange zest. Taste is minimally tart, dry hoppy, citrusy, a touch of lemon. Relatively light, refreshing, very drinkable DIPA.

Bottle from Bacchanalia, Cambridge. Pours hazy golden with a small off-white head. Aroma is strong citrussy, oranges and tangerine, good malts. Taste is light minty malts, some honeyish sweetness as well, strong oranges and tangerine fresh & crisp hops, lovely minty lingering bite at the finish.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2014 What a nice full aroma of fruity hops and sweet bitterness! Nice amberlike colour and a small white head. Strong bitter in the mouth with a nice smooth and sweet hoppy aftertaste. Rooie Dop is very great in gving you a Hop experience. A great way to explore how hops can be very strong of taste but in a subtile sweet way! Very great with a spanish or Italian sausage! :D

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold/orange. Nearly no head, what there is dissipates quickly. Nose is floral and grass hops, fresh. You know what you are getting into! Medium bitter; body/carbonation medium as well. Bitter all the way - from the get go and dry lingering finish. Love it! Could have had a bit more body, more carb, but truly lovely!!

Cloudy amber brown with minimal white head. Aroma is very intensive hops, resin and... freshly grated potatoes (seriously), some pear. Very fruity, bitter, very low carbonation, a lot of grapefruit notes.
