On tap @ Borefts 2013. A really deep cloudy orange-ish looking one with a small islandy and light sidesticking white top. The nose has a mild piney hoppy bitterness to it. I get some canned fruits here with a little bit of sweetness as well. Not sticking it’s head out to far, but it’s a safe and solid dipa aroma. Quite malty and sweet at first in the taste. I get a good amount of honey and piney hops. It has a good oily mouthfeel and a average prickling carbonation level. Ends with sweet honey also and Lingering almost a warming sensation in to the aftertaste. Light dry on the tongue after the swallow. All in all a solid one. 28.09.2013

Cloudy orange color. Aroma of oranges and hops. Strangely malty and sweet on the front; the bitterness of the hops only comes in at the end. It is not nearly as bitter as a standard IPA, in my mouth. The harsh bitterness of the palate at the end detracts a bit, but otherwise this is pretty tasty and fruity.

Pours opaque brown-amber with a bit of particulate matter in suspension. Lots of floral and citrus notes in the aroma. Medium body. Lots of burn on the finish, both from the alcohol and lively carbonation. Dry but not sticky, and bitter.

Hazy mid amber , cream lacing, rich Seville marmalade, floral rose petals and pine sap on nose. Full bodied intensely bitter with residual sweetness. Pine and pith it’s aged well but a little too caramalt heavy for me. Lowish carbonation.

Bottled. Pours clear amber with an average, off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus zest, grapefruit, flowery and piney notes. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and nice bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice DIPA.

33 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy amber with a little sediment and a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma and flavour are pine, grapefruit, caramel, and herbs - with a bitter finish.

Small yellowish head, that takes a long time to build, and is fast gone again. Hazy amber-ochre beer. Pineapple, citrus and other exotic fruit making up the nose. Quite bitter/resiny in the taste - some cakey malts underneath. Pine, ferns, and other exotic plants - but nice. Kumquat and grapefruitpeel. Very slick, even sticky. Quite well-bodied. Quite nice - it’s not a Plinius yet, mind...

Draught. Pours dark orange, hazy with preety white head. In aroma malty bae with lots of grapefruit, mango, passion fruit, pine, resin, the aroma is sweet. In taste similar, very fruity and sweet malty, all backed by good strong bitterness. Full bodied, low carbonated, quick bitter finish. Very nice and drinkable IIPA.
