COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We love the smell of fresh coffee in the morning. Itís one of the little things that put a smile on our face. Using delicate ingredients like Guatemala Antigua coffee, brown malts and Saaz hops, we created this dark coffee-infused beer. It will be the smile you need to break the daily grind.

Bottle, 06/21/2014. Pours black, thin hazy head on the surface, small ring of lacing around the glass. Aroma is fresh coffee grounds, nutty, subtle creamy vanilla, dark bitter coffee, pungent roast. Taste is coffee, somewhat acidic porter chocolate notes and roast, nutty finish. Medium light body. Alright.

Everything you want, flavour-wise from a coffee stout, lots of coffee complimented by the bitterness and flavour of the hops. Mouth feel is good, lots of body and gentle carbonation. Absolutely no head after a minute and not much aroma. Damn good for the style though.

Bottle at Reading BF 2014. Black beer lasting tan head. Big coffee aroma. Some powder on the coffee flavour. Strong coffee. Too carbonated. Lots of coffee sharp finish. Ok. Just lacks a bit of depth. Bitter on the finish.

Bottle. Pours is clear chestnut with a minimal beige head. Aroma is Kahlua (coffee), licorice, roasted malt, vinous quality, aromatic coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is near flat. Finishes dry and roasted astringent. Too flat and astringent finish.

New Beer Distributors, NYC 11.2oz ($4): Pours black with a creamy brown head. Aroma is a whole load of coffee grounds, plenty of chocolate. Taste is coffee grounds and plenty of them. Light bitterness and light chocolate flavors are in here too. This is not my favourite kind of coffee stout, but I liked it enough for what it tried to do.

Tap at Jeffrey. Pours dark brown with thin head. Nose is light coffee. Tastes of coffee for sure, some chocolate, light cola, cherries, some mealtimes. A touch thin. But drinkable and tasty

(Drinking date: 24 March 2014) Very black beer, no light shines through. A layer of creamy beige foam. Looks delicious. Aromas of metal, coffee burned malts, caramell and alcohol. I donít like the aromas that much. However the taste is much better actually!! It starts refreshing with a taste of coffee, and then a slightly bit of sourness comes in. During the whole time you taste the burned/roasted malts. The aftertaste is a long-lasting coffee-bitterness, with a slightly bit of sour, which makes this beer really refreshing overall actually! The mouthfeel is perfect. It has an average carbonation, and a watery body, which makes this beer really refreshing overall. The beer is not heavy to drink, it has a refreshing sourness in it, and a good watery body which makes it easy to drink. But still it has a lot of flavour, which makes this a really good beer overall! Thatís why I give it the total score of 3.9!
