4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
33cl bottle. Deep dark brown colour with a huge light brown creamy head. Lots of vanilla an chocolate notes on the nose, with some roasted malts as well...really nice. On the other hand, the flavour is mostly coffee, also including hints of chocolate and vanilla. Some hops in the back, but not incredibly bitter since itís possible to get the sweetness. The mouthfeel is clearly creamy, carbonation is a bit high. Very enjoyable overall, could be perfect fixing some details.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at Rooie Dop, Utrecht at the RBESG 2013 opening night. Poured a deep mahogany with a broken tan head. The aroma is a weak dusty malt with some citrus notes in the background. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with lots of coffee, roasted malt, dark chocolate and liqourice in the finish. There is some alcohol in there, but it stays well in the background. I really liked this beer.

2.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle split with Josh at the Cask, Pimlico, 13/06/13.
Light black with a thin tan head which clears to a film.
Nose carries rich espresso roast, dark fruits, little clues that it was infected.
Taste comprises sour notes, infected, coffee, lactic tones.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, sour finish.
Meh. We had 2 bottles of this, the 2nd was just the same and carried floaties.
Donít like to rate infected beers but worth it to warn others, there are many breweries which Iíve never had any such issues with, others seem to be regular offenders.

3.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours in dark, black body with no foam. The aroma has a strong coffee character, clean. Taste is strong on coffee with some sweet notes, bitterness is hidden. Not much to the character from the coffee. Too bad, could be very complex. Body is thin, watery and light. Almost no carbonation. Coffee boom.
