We love the smell of fresh coffee in the morning. Itís one of the little things that put a smile on our face. Using delicate ingredients like Guatemala Antigua coffee, brown malts and Saaz hops, we created this dark coffee-infused beer. It will be the smile you need to break the daily grind.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Beermerchants. Gusher! Thankfully I was quick on the draw and didnít lose a drop. The beer pours deep brown with a huge, frothy beige head that settles down into a creamy topping. The aroma holds earthy filter coffee, scorched malts, cocoa. Medium sweet flavor with lots of heavily sugared black coffee, some gooey chocolate, roasty malts, moderate earthy bitterness, some dark fruit accents. Medium bodied with active carbonation. Sugary finish with more black coffee, burnt sugars, cocoa, dark malts, raisins, molasses. Perhaps a little simplistic but not bad overall.

Cerveja muito ruim. Tem gosto de café puro. Não vale tomar novamente. Veio na assinatura mensal da Onbeer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. pours very dark brown with quite a dark brown head. now aroma and taste are tricky. this is certainly loaded with coffee! so in that respect i guess it does what it says. then again, it isnít really balanced. aroma and taste are both the same. shit loads of (espresso coffee). taste is very smooth and pleasant. bitter. this is certainly something i would have again as sometimes i find coffee beers lacking. this packs the coffee punch i want but balanced it is not.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2015 Bottle 330ml, pours black with creamy colored head. After 2 minutes a nice lacing remains. Looks a bit like a coffee. Aroma is mainly very strong roasted coffee mixed up with some additional coffee and some espresso. Did I mention the aroma of coffee? Somewhere in the bakground appear some sour fruit notes and some wet paper, what isnít very problematic regarding that everything is good ovehelmed by coffee. The taste is little bit more balanced, but also dominated by sour coffee with some roasty bitterness. A bit disturbing sour aftertaste remains. All in all itís not a bad coffee. Oh wait, didnít I want to have a beer? Than itís only an average one.

Highly carbonated. Pours cola brown with no head. Lots of coffee grinds in the beer with aroma of coffee and roasted malt. Coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, and licorice flavor. Quite flavorful.
