[Cask at Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading] Had this immediately after the Feral the Runt and it suffered by comparison. Still fairly decent though - lots of bitter grapefruit with a bit of pine resin lurking in the background, But somehow lacked the character and distinctiveness of the Feral.

Cask, handpump at The Windmill JDW, Stanstead airport 08.04.11 Pours amber no head, touch boring for Roosters that said its fine enough beer. Mid bitterness, little fruity, fine but Roosters can do much better. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

Cask Conditioned handpump Cordwainer Northampton. A golden beer with a white head and lacing. Decent Cascade hops nose which cariies forward to the nicely tasty hoppy mouth. Don’t get any NS or Riwaka at all which is a shame, but it’s still perfectly respectable. My sample seemed a little tired though.

Cask @ Sir John Moore, JDW. Copper-orange colour off-wite head. Aroma is malty, fruity, sour, hint of dish cloth. Flavour is malty, fruity, grapefruits. Medium bodied and a fairly dry and slightly bitter finish. Very enjoyable.

Hand pulled at the Solomon Cutler, Birmingham. Pretty dry, with a little fruit sugar - perhaps Fruitella. With my new found knowledge of hops, I can taste the Sauvin. Robust, professional.
