1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
I was excited about this beer because i love Roosters Honey Wheat. I bought it after work and threw it in the freezer when I got home,(as in Utah liquor stores they don’t keep beer cold). I got it out in 35 minutes and poured it into my favorite beer mug. Even with a tilted pour the whole pour turned to head. Puzzled I tool a pull from the bottle which immediately turned to foam and came frothing out of my mouth and I was unable to swallow as there was no liquid. I waited 20 minutes and the head never settled into beer. I can’t even believe that they thought this beer was ready to market. Very disappointed.

Pours brown with frothy tan head.
Malty, balanced, but maybe slightly too hoppy.
Medium/full body, creamy, with malt leading to slightly bitter finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Red-amber pour with a white head. The aroma has one dark fruit and circus peanut notes. The flavor is similar with a lot of circus peanuts, butter, toffee and grapes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Sweet, molasses aroma. A little raisin-like dark fruit. Tart flavor; not terrible, but strange and definitely "unexpected". Even stranger that I got none of it in the aroma. There’s also the malt sweetness and fruit, but they’re mostly over-powered. A little solvent alcohol in there, too.
I don’t know if this is infected or what. Need to try again.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours dark amber with minimal head. Aroma is dark German malts and noble hops. Flavor starts with some of the expected bock sweetness but very quickly transitions to a nice crisp sourness. Some hints of roasted malts, grassy hops, lager yeast. Dry finish with a lingering bitterness that is vaguely off-putting.
This is a strange dopplebock; more of a rich Vienna lager with a pronounced tartness. Maybe infected? Who knows, though I find myself loving the sour aspect.

Appearance: Clear dark brown with a small beige head and good lacing
Aroma: Toasted malts and chocolate
Taste: Malty, chocolate with a bitter finish
Nice aroma, taste was bitter and malty. Best of the 3 new beers, but not great. Hope they work on these some more.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
500 ml bottle, thanks to Dallas! Pours a clear brown color with a small white head of bubbles. Poor palate, too thin. A nice sweet syrup and nutty nose. The flavor is similarly full of nutty and sweet candy notes, not hot, almost coca-cola at times. Decent, could be improved with more flavor and a better body.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Poured from a 500ml bottle. Big malty nose, fruity, slight chocolate. The flavor in all tannin, husk, grain. I hope Roosters works on this, it has a lot of potential.
