2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap at the Bayou in Salt Lake City, Utah. Pours a clear rusty color with a small grey head. The aroma is full of odd sort of yeast or glue-like notes, some malt also. The flavor was a continuation of this odd sort of banana, glue and malt mix. I heard that is was caused by the yeast, maybe this was off. I’ll re-rate, but not my favorite thing.
