First rate on the site. From the handpump at the Maltings in York. Pours a clear straw yellow-gold with a diminishing head. Aroma is all hops; little malt balance - no toffee, no caramel, but a lot of juicy grapefruit and even more lemon citrus. Taste evens itself out slightly, with an upfront grapefruit and orange hop essence giving way to more subtle floral notes and a slight toffee malt presence. Smooth, fairly carbonated on the tongue. Good session bitter, not as good as the Bullet (to my tastes) which was on a few days prior.
