Cask (gravity) - The Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich. Poured a crisp & clear golden orange colour with a doming, small & bubbly lasting white head. Aromas of lemon, orange, peach & floral hops. Lemon, orange, sweet floral hops & grassy notes to taste. Light to medium body, crisp & firm mouthfeel, medium length & intensity hoppy bitter finish. Nice balance & structure. A pleasant golden ale. Crisp, fresh & clean.

Cask conditioned handpump The Pub Leicester 20/07/12. A golden beer with a whitish head and lace. Very very dry and biscuity. Lacking any pleasant hop flavours at all. A real struggle this one.

(Cask, White Horse, Parson’s Green, London, 23 July) Colour is yellow to orange with a frothy head. Nose is very fruity with a flowery hop character and lots of citrus (grapefruit, lemon peel). Same goes for the taste: fruity, with lemon and flowery hops. Starts sweet, turns drier in the hoppy finish. A bit one dimensional, but a nice, hoppy beer.

An orange to yellow coloured beer with a weak head. A distinct citrus nose of grapefruit and limes. the taste is dry, lemony citrus hop, with a hint of grapefruit. A dry finish. (Cask - @ The Fox & Hounds Summer Beer Festival 2006, Heacham, Norfolk).

Cask@Dartford BF. Nice and dry, with some aromatic US hops. Orange rind flavour, medium bitter, quite OK.

Beer #19 at Dartford Beer Festival with SilkTork and Duff. Amber colour. Pungent juicy hop aroma, with lemon zest elements, augured well for what was to come. Unfortunately, the palate was nowhere near as forceful and, though it was still a good beer, it did not quite live up to its initial promise. Just crisp and clean. Cask (gravity dispense).

Dartford Fest. Gravity. Fruity fragrant aroma. Crisp and dry. Bags more citric hops. Initially impressive, especially with the up front sweet citric rush, but becomes less impressive on repeated samplings. The joy is all up front - the rest is rather dull.

Cask Conditioned, at the Canonbury.
Beautiful blond colour, ever so slightly foggy with a lacy white head. Sitting in a lovely beer garden in north London I was feeling spoilt at the time. The beer gods were being good to me. Nice hoppy flavour good body.

Cask Conditioned at Dr. Duncans, Liverpool. A pale golden yellow with big white head. Outlaw is the experimental arm of the Roosters brewery and Sean Franklin love experimenting with American Hops. If a beer catches on he moves it into the Roosters portfolio so this could change name later on!! Typically fragrant and tangy in character, full flavoured. I have to say that I love Roosters products and this doesn't let you down.
