A pale golden beer with a weak white head. A strong hoppy aroma, plenty of citrus fruit, pithy grapefruit, lime and even orange. Dry mouthfeel. A tart bitter hop taste, citrus fruit abound, grapefruit, lime and orange, plus a grassy element. The bitterness longer long after the finish. Tasted at the 17th. King's Lynn Beer Festival, Stuart House Hotel, King's Lynn, Norfolk.

Cask west riding dewsbury. Goldenslight head lacing. Aroma is fruity malts. Taste is citrus malts light grassy hop finish. Medium body. Ok stuff.

Cask (Bridge Tavern, Newcastle) - Golden in colour. Peach and grapefruit in the aroma. Hoppy and fruity taste with grapefruit, peach and biscuity malt detected.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a creamy head and maybe just short of medium bodied, however it has a lovely smooth feel to it in the palate. Has a malty aroma, but fairly neutral in taste.

Cask at the York Tap. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head & lacing. Light tropical fruit aromas, light dusty malt. Taste has a good bitterness and a chalky bite. Clean finish. Decent.

Cask at the Beamish beer festival. A slightly hazy golden amber colour. The overwhelming feel is of a very watery beer. There are some grapefruit bitter hop notes in there, but they don’t come through strongly. Below average.

Cask handpull at the bell and bear. Aroma is spicy hop,grainy straw malts. Light copper golden coloured pour with a dense white head. Flavour is spicy hop some veg broth and dusty grain. Hops are not good in this one.
