Cask; Regular.
Pale coloured premium aromatic bitter. Our best selling beer. Aromas of Turkish delight, lychees and sometimes Muscat grapes. Soft bitterness. Yankee has won most of our awards.

Cask. Not your run of the mill pale beer. This is a fine brew from an interesting brewery. Taste is fruity but not overpowering. this stands head and shoulders above most pale bitters. Shame more pubs don,t stock this wonderful stuff.

Cask @ blue stoops Walton chesterfield. New one on me and very pleasantly surprised . Clear gold with tight white head that lingers through the pint.Definately one of the best beers of its type. Would seak out again.

Cask. Aroma nice flowery malt.looks like a beer. The taste is quite amazing. It’s subtle yet powerful and bitter. Very nice finish of vanilla and toffee. Nice!

Cask at JDW. Slightly hazy gold with a white head. Really interesting aroma and taste with an inviting yet subtle bouquet of fruits, spices and floral hints. A little bit of grapefruit and tropical character in there. Very refreshing too.

Cask at the William Webb Ellis (JDW), Twickenham - 30/09/12. Clear golden with a thin white head that soon dissipates. Hops, caramel malt, fruit and a little rubber on the nose. Tastes of light zingy citrus, summer fruit and caramel. Medium bodied and moderate carbontation.

Cask @ The flying horse, Gatwick . Almost clear golden body with a rather small but dense white head. Nice citric fruit aroma, nothing really special but it makes me happy at an airport. Flavor is nice, smooth light malty with a decent fruity bitterness. Medium body and an aftertaste that has some bitterness. A really nice session ale with a nice smooth flavor that would not offend anyone at all.

Cask@weatherspoons, yardley. Straw coloured small white head. Good lacing throughout glass. Aroma of mild citrus. Taste is a mix of mild bitterness and citrus. Soft and smooth on palate. Average beer of this style, inoffensive.
