[Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF 2005] A hazy orange beer with a white head. The aroma is quity hoppy combined with slight floral and citrus notes. The flavor is sweet malty leading to a dry bitter hoppy end.

Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Bright clear paleish gold beer. Residual white head. Palate is light and airy with modest carbonation. Fairly dry pale malt, light but grainy. Whisper of bubblegum ester, banana too. Whisper of hops, insipid citrus and super light floralness. Finishes light and dry. A dull disappointment from this brewer.

Cask at County Hotel (JDW) Ashford. Amber coloured beer. Typical Roosters nose of rich malt with promise of berry fruit. Good full mouth feel ending in acids and drying hops, but good rich mouthful of hay, berry fruits leading to acidity. Some yeast and slighlty creamy. A typically good rich Roosters beer. I thought the second pint in particular was stunning

Clear amber-copper color, steady off-white head. Woody-leafy aroma. Light-bodied. Watery front. Woody, leafy, slightly peppery finish. Plain.

Amber, slightly earthy caramels and a lot of fruit, not much bitterness...finishes with pale malt sweetness.

Cask at the Euston Tap. Clear gold pour with a creamy, white head. Orange and tangerine on the nose with some bubblegum and hay. Has a nice, balanced flavor, light to medium sweet with mild, tangy citrus, straw, faint dough and spices. Light to medium in body with perfect, fine carbonation. Sweet, lightly dry finish with subtle meringue and tangerine. Very good stuff.

Cask Conditioned at The Turf Tavern, Oxford. Pale brown to gold with soapy cream head. Strangely subdued flavours for Roosters, but non the less worthwhile, some biscuit malt with an underlying sweetness, a pushy finishing bitterness, getting close to a true IPA in my book.

Cask. Hazy golden with medium white creamy head. Sweet fruity aroma with hoppy notes. Flavor is sweet and hoppy with hints of caramel. Ends bitter.
