On tap at Hamiltons. Pours with a deep amber body topped by a pencil thin head with little lacing. It’s sweet and malty yet bitter and hoppy with a some pine notes. Full bodied and warming.

Feb 8, 2008 10th rating of this beer, 4th Brewery 07-08 Brew Trip with Bikesandbeer. Listed as festivus winter ale, pours dark orange with an off white head. Nose holiday spicey but light. Taset is sweet with a slight spicey edge. Not bad.

Dec 2, 2007 Draft at Roots and Belmont Station: Pours a dark amber red with a big creamy and peachish head. Aroma is veyr caramelly with floral hops. Flavor is very malty with toffee and caramel, toasted malts, moderate bitterness throughout with a nice oily resiny hop finish.
