Roots Organic Mutha Pucker Belgian Sour

Thanks to Jason @ Roots for the taste--Poured a deep copper that was slightly amber with a small wispy head. Nose of sour fruits. Dry and puckering like the name says. Woody tannin flavors. Classy brew!

Draft at Roots: A dark gold orangish color with a thin barely there white head. Aroma if very sour and funky and fruity with hints of oak and wine. Flavor is medium sourness, apricot and peach esters, fairly malty for the style, lots of oaky tannins and you can really taste the pinot flavors from the barrel. Very winey, a dry finish with a hint of hops. One of the best american sours i have had.
