COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a great summer creation, brewed for those days when you want something light and refreshing. This ale is made with 35 % rye, two row and a tiny bit of Vienna. Only ab first and third edition of Amarillo hops is used and is blended together with a small portion of cracked coriander that brings out hints of sweet apricot and peach. Prost!

Pours a yellow golden color, slightly hazy. Aroma of honeylike malts and fresh rye bread. Flavor isw light yet quite nicely mlty and rye bread and spicyness that is qhite refreshing. A hint of floral hops. Crisp fiish. Very nice.

Pours cloudy orange with a soft white head. Another great beer from Roots. Fruity nose with a great rye character and a light herbal finish. Great hop balance throughout, aromatic in the hops and fruits. This brew is so easy to drink, great beer for having a few pints of.

Reaaallly unfiltered. Thick head. Gorgeous, absorbing fruity aroma - peach, thai basil, incredibly fresh malt, rye, cinnamon...and on it goes. Outstanding. Fresh rye character, light malts and a fruitiness that is lighter than on the nose but still holds pear, apple and orange. Very quaffable brew. Killer stuff.
