Brought back from Portland by a friend who was nice enough to share. Pours with a slightly cloudy amber-orange body topped by a thin to medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. It’s bitter and hopp with a touch of pine and grassy notes...very bitter finish. Meidum bodied, slightly dry and a touch warming.

Sep 25, 2008 Draught @ Brouwer’s, Seattle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy aroma with hints of citrus. Malty hoppy bitter flavor with pine needles and citrus hints. Has a long dry very hoppy bitter piney finish.

Aug 30, 2008 Thanks to Zathrus13 for this bottle. Pours out a light copper color with a big fluffy white head. Aroma is of resiny/pine hops with a touch of sweetness. Taste is of nice piney/citrusy hops with slight caramel and a little bit of earth, with a bitter resiny finish. Very solid and drinkable IPA. Well done

Aug 29, 2008 22oz bottle. I wasn’t expecting such a good beer, very nice. Pours cloudy orange/amber with a huge, sudsy white head, sticky spider web lace. Smells slightly nutty and astringent, citrusy hoppy. Tastes super bitter, slightly nutty, grassy and damn bitter! Just a hint of sweetness. Medium body, mouth paralyzing bitter, vibrant carbonation

Aug 27, 2008 Bomber poured a clear copper with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of carmel, earthiness, pine and light orange. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp with a slightly dry finish. Flavors of carmel, earthiness, citrus and light pine with a crisp lightly dry lingering bitter finish.

Jul 11, 2008 Nice balance for an organic IPA. Maybe a touch too much hops. The head was incredible. Nice aroma of piney hops. Best organic IPA ever.
