Pours cloudy amber with a white head. Aroma is caramel, fruit, pineapple, citrus, flower and light acidic notes. Flavour is caramel, acidic, light flower, pineapple, citrus and acidic notes. Could be a beginning infection.

Pours an unclear and amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, fruit and citrus. The flavor follows the nose with additional acidity. The palate is sweetness. Overall a strange taste to this beer, possibly infected.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus, pineapple and grain, with dusty yeast notes. Dry and tart fruity flavour with lots of dusty yeast

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, September 2011. Pours murky golden with a small fluffy white head. Nose is flowers, yeast and hay. Perfume. Dusty and earthy flavor. Medium bodied.

DØE Festival, Valby, DK. Bottled, 270511. Brown with beige head. Aroma of malt and yeast. Flavor with dried fruit and caramel.

Small white head. Amber body with light carbonation. Fruity floral herbal aroma with peachy notes. Dry-sweetish perfumy fruity floral taste with licorice and herb notes. Mild, faintly oily mouthfeel. Dry herbal mealy aftertaste with fruity peach notes. Light vinegar, too. Not as fresh and delicate as it ought to be. (0.1l sample from bottle, DBF’11.)

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Cloudy pale amber, no head. Fruit ynose. Swee twith clean, sticky mouthfeel. Some bread and molasses, rather un-firm. Low bitterness. Feels unrefined.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, mild raisins, some mild syrup as well as mild grassy and caramelly notes. Flavour is quite the same with a quite biting carbination. Balanced and refreshing.
