Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and mildly crisp. Sweetish airy malts, some lactose. Fair amount of esters. Just a touch of citric hop. Dry finish. Messy! Meh!

Dogbrick (11654) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 9, 2012
Clear pale copper color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of stale grain and a bit of skunk. Light-bodied with a rotten fruit character and notes of grainy malt and astringent hops. The finish is short and leaves an off fruit and malt aftertaste. Another poorly executed Roscoe’s beer.

Bottle… Clear light amber ale with a small, lightly tanned head. Restrained aroma of cereal grains and caramel. Light to medium-bodied and thin with easygoing carbonation. Overly-sweet, nearly nondescript flavor - although it does hint at caramel, toffee and apple. Short, sweet finish.

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear amber color with a small quickly diminishing white head. The aroma is corn malt and wheat. Medium mouth feel with a bitter corn malt and honey flavor, not much going on with this one.
