Cloudy orange pour, little head. Aroma is wheat, orange and grass. Light watery orange taste. Ok, needs to be thicker.

Bottled. Dark tangerine in color, unfiltered, with a massive, marshmallow white head that is quite long lasting. Light orange rind aroma with an extremely faint black pepper spiciness. Husky grains dominate the flavor (dried grass, straw, slightly toasty wheat), followed by mild yeast and a very mildly sour lemon peel. Finish is of stale sourdough bread and orange marmalade. Pretty lousy. Thanks to Narnad for the bottle anyway!

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a mug. The appearance was a hazy orange to yellow color with less than a half finger-ed white foamy head that quickly dies. There is some super light lacing that quickly slides into the beer. The smell had some light coriander and citrus. The taste was basically sweet and spicy through the previously mentioned flavors. On the palate, this one sits about a light to medium in body. It is fairly sessionable. Overall, this is your basic witbier that doesn’t offend nor excite.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. The pour is pale yellow with a quick fizzy white head and a cloudy appearance. The aroma does have some pale malt and citrus notes but there is this odd overpowering bug spray aroma. That’s the best way I could describe it and it made it less appealing. The body is light. The taste recovers a bit with the toasted malts, lemongrass, perhaps ginger and coriander. But I can’t get around that aroma.

12oz bottle (courtesy of Headbanger) poured into Weizen glass at 40°. Color is a hazy yellow with light carbonation and a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, lemon and a little spice. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp fizzy mouth feel. Flavor is lemon, spice and wheat but then a touch of mint shows. Overall its strange for a White the mint thing doesn’t blend well with the spices.

Bottle. Light gold and hazy. Head was small, weak lace. Aroma is light with a slight almost floral smell. Taste has a very light lemon taste.

bottle - Pours hazy pale yellow with a little lacing. It has a light, citrusy smell. The flavor is sweet and light with a bit of spice. It’s on the bland side, a light bodied beer with minimal hops that’s mediocre.

Foggy oak color, thin white head; standard longneck - twistoff. The packaging for this line is confusing, I can’t figure out what I’ve had and what I haven’t. The aroma was pleasntly surprising - honey-sweet, fruity, coriander, just a touch of fruity vinegar. A litle bland - wet paper bag, spicy, lightly sweet, mild orange tones. Loses carbonation, lightly sweet, moderately bitter finish with an orange zest aftertaste. I wish that it was as good as the aroma suggested. ABC Liquors, Bull Run.
