3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 ounce bottle that poured an amber color with aromas of light grass, light citrus and some caramel. Flavors are the same, just watered down. Ok beer overall, would drink again in a pinch.

Quite a nice standard for the beer. Easy on the malts and hops. Perfect for multiple sessions

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a bready pale malt flavor with an unpleasantly harsh finish.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle. Pours light copper in color with a pure white head. Floral nose, flavor notes of citrus and spice with a light malty sweetness. Finish is a little sour but not displeasing.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
355ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head that leaves some surprisingly nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is light grains and citrus. Taste is a grassy and citrusy hop bitterness with a slight metallic note and a light malty sweetness. A decent attempt at a craft brew from a brewery not known for making good beer.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Purchased from the Northgate "Meijer’s" supermarket in a Cincinnati, Ohio suburb - Alright, even the Genesee brewery has gotten into making their brews more than just pisswater, and this is a good try. Yes, it’s bland and low key bodywise, but the distinct piney-citrus-malt flavor is there, and the beer is inexpensive!

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle… Clear orange ale with a large, frothy, off-white head. Good retention. The bouquet is subdued, but finally offers bready, citrusy and caramely notes. Light to medium-bodied with a thin mouthfeel and lazy carbonation. The flavor is well-balanced but mostly bland, presenting modest notes of cereal grains, caramel and apple. Finishes flat and uninspiring.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Yeasty, musty smell... but went down light, immediately struck me as pretty fresh and good tasting. Citrusy, bready, light. Then bitter, resiny, biley. I just grabbed it on a whim. It is pretty alright and on the cheaper side too.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Appearance: orange with golden edges under a billowy white head which fades with lace and ends in a solid white blanket. Swirls thick.
Nose: sesame seed crackers and sesame seed white bread. Lemon peel. Sea breeze and saltines. Faint overall.
Palate: clean lemon leads into sesame seed bread and saltines. Faint nectarines along the edges with apricots in the middle. A surprisingly pleasant crisp yet soft fruitiness balanced by soft white breads. Applesauce. Grows a bit husky as it warms up with grains settling in the back of each swallow. A bit thin and lacking a balancing bitterness.
Final Thoughts: much better than I was expecting but realistically, there are far better Pale Ales out there for a buck or two more or, even better, the same price. Meh.

Sixer from Tom Thumb. Light orange pour with a white head. Aroma is spicy and dull. Taste is grassy and metallic. Awkward finish.
