COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Die in der Schweiz meistgetrunkene Biersorte. Das Einsiedler Lagerbier wird in 58 cl Bügelflaschen, 58 cl Kronenverschlussflaschen und in der 33 cl Flasche angeboten. Es ist milde gehopft und abgerundet im Geschmack. Alc. 4.5 Vol.%.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Malty aroma with yeasty and malty hints. Flavour was yeasty with malty and fruity hints. Not very pleasant.

Bottled. A pale yellow beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrusy hops and a bit of matl, leading to a lemony finish.

Bottle, 4.8%. OK lagery aroma. Almost clear yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is a little sour, tastes like lactic acid. A bit off, but not undrinkable.

very pale yellow colored beer with not much head smells malty-sweetish tasts bittersweet, some malt, hidden honey aftertaste is bitter-sweetish, wich more sweetness than bitterness where are the hops
