Bottle. Sweet-sour creamy barley malt and grass aroma. Clear pale yellow color with moderate head. Sweet creamy barley flavor with a light grass hops finish. Nice body. Very good - especially like the malt in this one.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Great and Powerful Pre-GBBF Tasting - Are You Scottish Edition (London, 2013). Pours perfectly clear yellow with a light, creamy white head. The aroma holds crisp, biscuity malts and straw. Light sweet flavor with dry dough, biscuits and hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish with further dry biscuits. Very tasty, nicely balanced.

Typical Swiss 58cl bottle with swing-top. Clear goden colour, large white head. Malty nose. Malty, flavours of something burnt (which I often detect in Swiss lagers), pleasantly hoppy. A simple, but well-crafted beer.

Bottled. Light golden colour with a nice grainy nose. Pleasantly dry finish and a smokey taste. Not too fizzy and the better for it.

Blond lager. Light but nice hop and malt aroma. Enough body, not dry, good hop balance; taste not really strong. Final not very strong too, but at least a bit aromatic, with good hops.

Sample at Eurostash III tasting on 01/12/2012: 58cl bottle from Drinks of the World. The beer is a clear yellow color with a medium thin and foamy white head that recedes steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Bready malt and fruit in the nose. Light body with a sweet malty character and notes of cracker and fruit. The finish is sweet with a short malt aftertaste. Average overall.
