COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Die in der Schweiz meistgetrunkene Biersorte. Das Einsiedler Lagerbier wird in 58 cl Bügelflaschen, 58 cl Kronenverschlussflaschen und in der 33 cl Flasche angeboten. Es ist milde gehopft und abgerundet im Geschmack. Alc. 4.5 Vol.%.

ChrisO’s Pre GBBF ’Are You Scottish?’ tasting. Almost clear paleish gold beer. Residual white head. Light palate, dry and a little crisp. Dry papery malt - sweet too! Touch of floralness and a whisper of hop citrus. Dry finish. Too much paper.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, sour green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

very pale yellow colored beer with not much head smells malty-sweetish tasts bittersweet, some malt, hidden honey aftertaste is bitter-sweetish, wich more sweetness than bitterness where are the hops
