Rosies Lucky Leaf Irish Ale

Draught. Pours dark brown with a small, fizzy, off-white head, diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, caramel, toffee), light hops (herbs), average yeast (leather) with notes of cola. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness and acidity, light bitterness.

on tap-pours a light brown head and deep mahogany color. Aroma is dark malt, fruit. Taste is dark malt-molasses, fruit, faint hops, roasty. Nice, think this is the darkest Irish I’ve had.

On tap @ Rosies poured a clear dark brown with a small lasting tan head. Aromas of roasted malt, coffee, light chocolate and a hint of vanilla. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of roasted malt, coffee, light chocolate and a hint of vanilla with a smooth lingering roasty finish.
