Nov 8, 2007 on tap-pours a white head that laces and hazy pale yellow color. Aroma is grain, citrus hops. Taste is grapefruit, citrus hops-some bitter, secondary medium malt-sweet caramel. Clean mouth feel. Nice.

Sep 17, 2007 On tap @ Rosies poured a lightly hazy gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of citrus, carmel and light pine. Palate was light bodied crisp and slightly dry. Flavors of carmel, citrus and bread with a crisp dry finish.

Sep 5, 2007 Draught at brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small, frothy, white head, lasting with fair, sticky lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, cereal), heavy hops (spruce, citrus), average yeast (sweat) with notes of peach. Light bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and heavy bitterness.
