33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Valkendorfsgate. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with wheat, oranges and hints of spices and yeast. Fairly sweet and fruity with a light bitterness in the finish. Pretty light both in flavour and body, but goes down easy. Nice and refreshing, would be nice on a hot summer day!

0.33l bottle. A glowing yellow body under a small and quickly sidesticking white top. On the nose this is light sweet and spicy with wheat, coriander, white sugar, thin watery tangerines and that’s about it. Not extreme, but more subtle and light watery. It has a average carbonation level and a light oily to a somewhat watery mouthfeel. Not extreme in the taste either. More wheat and gentle coriander, hints pf spicy pepper in the finish. Somewhat dry and almost flour-like aftertaste on this one. Really easy drinking’ and all in all a gentle little Spanish wit that I imagine would taste quite nice in the steaming sun. 12.10.2012

330 ml. bottle. Hazy golden colour, pours a medium head that dissipates too quickly, leaving no lace. Funky smell of coriander, oranges, herbs and honey. Palate is a bit watery, Taste is the same as the smell: corainder, oranges and honey. Not bad and refreshing, but lacking of more character. I think Rosita beers shoud be bolder, it’s kind of a compromise between artisan and marrket brew.

Served in weizen glass. Nice but not very lasting aroma: coriander, orange, a little citrus. Orange color, a little weak appearance. Very easy to dring, very light but not simple: well balance between fruits and hops. Quite enjoyable.

Very fruity aroma is quite strong: apricose, apple, bit honey, coriander. Hazy honey yellow, short thin head. Medium body, sweet, bit spices, bit oily feel, sweet fruity finish medium long. Surprisingly personal beer, fruity fresh.

A brown yellow beer with a weak and white head. Aroma is mild, lots of yeast, lemon and some spices. Taste is slightly wheat, mead and some lemon, overally taste is slightly like lemonade. Light+, lots of carbonation, refreshning as it should be. Not very succesfull beer, mild flavours with lots of bakery yeast and lemonade like feelings.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet in Valkendorfsgate, Bergen. Pours a hazy deep dirty-orange body with a small white head. Nose is coriander seeds, pale malts and some soapy, half-grainy notes with hints of canned food. Not too promising. The canned feel is in the taste as well. Or is it liver pate? Some meaty stuff, at least. Coriander is there too, and a bit of rough grains. Thin palate, fizzy carbonation which then proceeds to dissipate entirely. What a Spanish tragedy this is.
