Bottle. It pours and almost clear body, golden in color and with a small, white head. Coriander, milky sourness, pale malts and a fruity touch in the aroma. The flavor too is lighlty milky sour and chalky, with some pale malts and fruityness, and there’s also some bitterness. Medium body and a pleasant carbonation level. Was expecting a fizzy liquid judging from the aroma and flavor, but luckily not. The finish is fruity with a decent bitterness. Anyway, the beer seems to be lighlty unclean, but it’s still sort of tasteful. 131004

33 cl brown bottle, 5.5% abv, thanx2Rune. Foam starts trickling out of the bottle when opened. Scents of yellow apples, sweet pale malts. Hazy yellow body with a tight white head on. Head sinks, leaves a rand or two, silky layer too. Fruity and spiced taste , malted wheat, some hops only, spicy but sweet mostly. Average bodied, a little disturbed by spices. Ending with grains, few hops, wholemeal bread, milk chocolate small notes, sour milk. Overall seems very original, and at the time I can’t compare with any other.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small to average, diminishing, white head. Minimally citrusy fruity aroma, some lemon on a more grainy and strawy basis. Taste is minimally sweet, minimally tart, slightly fruity, some lemon, some honey, minimally spicy yeasty overtones; grainy, minimally strawy finish. Not that bad...
