2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Muy buena cerveza rubia de Tarragona (Cataluña). El mundo de las micro-breweries esta entrando con fuerza en la península y esta cerveza es uno de sus mejores ejemplos.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
0.33 l bottle at Inez, Tampere. Hazy deep yellow color with quickly vanishing head. Sweet honeyish and very fruity aroma with bitter orange and peach. Sweet bready and honeyish flavor with fruity apple skin note. Full body, oily palate. Has some homebrew like rustic fruitiness, but not in a bad way. Might go well with creamy cheeses.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: MAY 8, 2011 33 cl bottle from a local supermarket. It pours a cloudy pale golden liquid with a medium white head that lasts throughout the beer and leaves a little lacing. The aroma is very complex: herbal hops, straw, citron, yeast, a hint of malt and a very pronounced smokiness from the honey. It tastes likewise, with medium sweetness, medium bitterness and a nice mixture or herbs and malts aftertaste. It is below the average in carbonation, ending dry. The honey gives this brew a special touch, very distinctive. Top-notch presentation (design by Armand Basi) for a fabulous appetizer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
330 ml bottle, artisan beer. Pours a cloudy yellow colour, with a decent head that doesn’t hold much, but it always keeps a tiny cloak on the surface. Smell is a bit barnyard, citrusy, exotic fruits (mango? papaya?), honey and spices. It feels strong but fresh and carbonated in the tongue. Taste of exotic fruits, caramel, and some sourness. And it’s even refreshing!

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
cloudy yellow, smooth fine white head.
distinct aroma that you wont find in macros- sort of malty faint caramelly
flavor is slightly smoked, slightly roasted, wheat, faint honey like sweetnes, faint yellow fruits. Very hard to place in style, like their brown ale. flowery and even faint exotic fruity flavors in the end. strange brew, definetly craft beer, of course better than almost anything else spanish i’ve tasted, but not great either. For spanish beer, this is bold, and i hope the brewery will continue to experiment and surprise me. As the beer settled in the glass for some time, i began to notice some hay and straw flavors which is not good.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Served in a Rosita small Pilsner kind a glass
Honey colored beer with a 2 inch white head that persisted for a minute or so, a little lace afterward. It has a sweet smell also with earth tones (alfalfa?? - don’t know if its written this way :-), metallic tones from hops as well, with very long aftertaste that progresses. Very thin sensation in mouth and very high carbonation.
I would drink it again given the opportunity, can easily say that could be one of the best Spanish beers that I had (that it’s not much to say)

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a very hazy dirty ornage brown colour with basically no head to speak off. Not the best looking beer. Aroma is very fruity and super sweet with heaps of light caramel. Flavour wise the fruitness continues as does the sweetness of the caramel. Some light sourness near the end also. Bit of a surprise this one and definately better than expected.
