Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, elderflowers, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and elderflowers as well as lighter notes of caramel and alcohol. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Botella. Unclear deep golden. Short white head. Very pleasant flowerry hoppy aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour has a good hoppiness with flowers, soft mild sweetness, good bitterness and some citrus. Refreshing indeed.

Bottle at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. A slightly unclear golden beer with an off-white head. Flowery nose with pale malts and promises of sweetness in the flavor. It keeps it promises of sweetness, and a nice flowery flavor and pale malt also shows up. Medium body and a herbal, fruity flavor in the finish. A refreshing beer, and quite well-tasting, but also a boring one. (080913)

Bottle @ EBF 2008. Hazy golden body with a huge white head. A light and gentle aroma of bread and flower. Flavor is quite thin as well, mild and fruity with a little acidulous hint in the finish. A bit no acidulous.

Skinnyviking (8630) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 27, 2008
Bottle. High creamy and long lasting white head. Hazy thick looking yellow body with a good deal of yeast sediments. Mild and sweet elderflower aroma plus something I cannot quite figure out, but I do not like Reminds me of a damp cellar. Pretty intense elderflover hops flavor with a good deal of carbonation and a long bitter aftertaste.

Bottle at EBF. Golden, tiny white head. Grainy, dry flowery nose, little hayish hops and elder. Very flowery flavor, sweet malts, very clean and simple. Light bodied, fizzy carbonation. With a better base beer, the elder flower might fit in just nicely.
