On tap at EoE, London. Pours a clear yellow straw colour with no head or carbonation. Aroma is a nice mix of must, white wine and apples. Taste is again white wine, apples and dust, farmhouse. More on the winey dry side. Body is thin with no carbonation. Very nice indeed.

From a 16.9oz bottle. Purchased at Whole Foods in Reno, NV. Great aroma, heady, musky. No head of foam when poured into pint glass, but impressive carbonation. Vigorous. Color of golden straw and was attractive. Initial taste caught me off guard. Not what I was expecting. Dry as expected, but the flavors of the cider went from complex to sour and the funk in the finish left me not actually wanting a second drink. I had heard good things about this cidery and was excited to find one of their offerings. I will try them again and I hope I just got a bad/old bottle

From a plastic jug. Pale golden pour with a touch of light apple skin character. The nose is softly spicy with a bit of light apple skin character along with a bit of light sweet character. A touch of white pepper and a bit of soft apple skin flavour. There is a little bit of apple skin and some light drying flavour on the back. A bit of almost minty cooling character. Quite a lovely cider actually.

From a plastic barrel at Planet Thanet Beer Festival 2011. It pours slightly hazy straw yellow, with no head or carbonation. The nose is lemon, lime, sour apple, farmyard and chamomile. The taste is lemon, lime, grapefruit, Granny Smith apple, melon and farmyard, with a sharp sour-dry finish. A quality cider.

Cask, Southampton Arms. Thanks, Sim! Aroma is of some faint apples, lemons and more importantly, very similar additionally to my perfume - Givenchy. Stunning. Taste is moderately dry, lemons, fairly but not overtly sweet, astounding drinkability, some sour rhubarb. Omg This is pure mental magic steeamin’ rocket fuel. This cidar is ace.

A Mes rate. Cask at the Southampton Arms.
Slightly hazy yellow brown. Slightly eggy but the apples are good. More skin than pith. Something quite sherbetty about. Nicely dry on the finish with an interesting spicy hit. Decent stuff.

Cask at Merton Summer Beer and Cider Festival, 18-07-09 Pours gold with haziness. Tastes a little on the rough side as the name might suggest. Apple is there, its tangy, edging toward the drier side of medium dry, not the best from Ross on Wye that I’ve had but its ok. A6 A3 F8 P4 Ov14 3.0
