Bottle. Hazy yellow with light carbonation. Aromas are citrus with yeast. Light dry earthy pear. Flavours are spritzy with lemon and yeast. Dry on the finish with acidity. Not as good as the rum barrel perry.

Jun 9, 2008 Bag in a box at Rare Breeds BF 08. Hazy pale gold/green. Nice perry. Cheesy perry, but really drinkable. Bit of sour sting. In terms of drinkability, it’s great. Dryness invites you to drink it again. Lovely bit of lemon, pear. Outstanding.

Jun 8, 2008 Cask at aberdeen Beer festival ... Very pale hazy yellow ... tart dry nose ... lots of pear ... very dry ... little vinegar bit in back of throat but nice.
