From an odd 50l flip-top, pours a lightly hazy very pale yellow with a pure white head. The smell is light toasted malt, bread and grass. The taste is crisp grassy beginning, mild malt finishing a little bitter. Light in body with average carbonation.

Naja.

Tap at the brewery. Fresh doughy malt nose, bready, a touch of honey, more peaches as it opens up. Fine low head, lacy, rather pale gold, it seems. Tasts very bready, malty, strong prickly hoppiness. Light fruits, peach and apple. Actually quite bitter and long-lasting. Full body, with low carbonation (I don’t think the wooden keg it real, however it feels like a gravity pull). Very fresh and creamy. Gets a touch of pineapple in there too as it warms. A fantastic beer.

Geruch sehr malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig, floral. Geschmack bitter hopfig, getreidig, malzig, ok!

Pours a golden beer. The aroma is lighty dry and lightly yeasty, the flavour is hoppy, dry and yeasty but quite refreshing.

Bottle bought at Landbierparadies Nuremberg. Looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, nice creamy head. Mild malty aroma. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty, more and more spicy. Fresh-hoppy background, a bit grasy. Not too dry. Fine spicy-malty finish. Quite drinkable. Really nice!

Bottle, pours a hazy light gold, a little grassy hop on the nose, a bit too gassy, golden malty body hidden under an assertive dry grapefruit bitter hoppiness. Like a Nordisch Pils with touches of Pale Ale, it’s drinkable and it won’t frighten the Pils crowd.
