Bottle at brewery in Rossdorf am Forst. Banana and coconut quite light bit of sherbert. It’s fine, light, the banana coconut flavours are good.

Tapped(?) at the Brauerei Sauer: Pale golden, hazy, stable beaten-egg-white-like head, yeasty-wheaty nose, banas and lemons underneath; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, pretty light bodied; light traces of cloves in the lingering sourish-lemony finish. Average Weizen, but not totally unpleasant...

Test vom 3.12.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,8,9,8,8,8 - 8,25

It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, yeast and light banana- the flavour is sweet with notes of wheat, banana, yeast, and it has a slightly dry and spicy finish – quite ordinary.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Cloudy brownish yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity, slightly toasted nose with notes of citrus, banana, clove and ripe pears. Malty, fruity taste with peaches, banana, bread, clove, pears and slightly toasted malt. Rather light body, balanced sweetness. Very tasty and well balanced, nice weissbier.

Draught @ Brauerei Sauer, Sutte 5, 96129 Rossdorf am Forst, Germany.
Murky medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, banana - rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. A good thirst killer, and gets better and better the more you drink. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090704]

Bottle, 4.8% bought at the brewery. Mildly chemical banana aroma. Cloudy orange colour, sparkling. Big stable rocky tan head. The flavour has some banana, quite ripe. Slightly sweet, but not too much. Hint of citrus in the finish.
