Bottle. Cloudy orange colour. Off-white head with orange spots. Aroma of wheats. Yeasty taste with a sour component. Fruity aroma. Great, lightly sour and wheaty finish of long duration. Absolutely outstanding Weizen.

[Bottle form Bamberg.] Quite ok weiss with mainstream notes of banana, bubblegum and sweetness, but never too much.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty, slightly sweet and acidic wheat-malty nose with banana-fruity esters and light clovy notes in the background. Moderately sweet flavour with a light acidic touch, light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Good wheat-character with banana; moderately dry, slightly sweet and light sourish fruity finish with clovy spice. Slim but quite rounded and not too sweet Weizen.

Bottle, at the brewpub. Gold with a faint haze, moderate white head and good condition. Low fruity banana and chalkiness in the nose, some trace of bitterness mingled with banana in the mouth and a gentle sweet fruity maltiness and yeasty bitterness in the finish.

(Bottled) Opaque golden with a large, fading head. Honey-fruity, yeasty and sourish aroma with alcohol hints. Sour and acidic, fruity and dry, but not bananaish flavor. Medium-bodied, soft and foamy-carbonated palate. Quite sour and dry, but enjoyable weizen.
