ABV: 5.2%. Murky matt medium orange colour with a average, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, banana, fruity, yeast, clove, toffee - butter notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, clove, fruity, yeast, toffee - butter notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20121002]

Draught at the bräuhaus, 5.2% ABV
Muddy light amber color; creamy head. Strange smell, as if they threw a cigarette butt in it; metallic too. Weak and dry mouthfeel, with poor wheat character; also the final is weak. Not good.

Was part of the Stuttgart Beer Raid. Hazy orangey-amber with fair lasting head. Soft chalk and wheat aroma with a bit of banana. Very soft gentle body. Light banana and yeast in a nice creamy body.

Part of the Great Stuttgarter Beer Raid 2011. On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden color with a full off white head. Aroma is banana and yeast. The taste is much the same. Palate ends sweet. A solid Hefe.

This cloudy yellow-orange hefe brought a layer of hoppy bitterness to the table, to complement its lemony, bubble-gummy aroma. Lightly sweet and mildly bitter, finishing a bit too clean. Nice but not as much character as that pils...

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden coloured. Some banana and some yeasty in the aroma and in the flavour. Quite sweet. Standard Weißbier.
